The National Programme for Government Digital Transformation, “Tahawul,” organised the third edition of the “Edaad” Programme for Change Leaders, which ran for one week. The programme aimed to develop the capabilities and skills of members of change management teams within government entities and enhance their readiness to implement change management strategies effectively in digital transformation projects.
