This Award is granted to outstanding government entities for adopting emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, robotics, blockchain, augmented reality, big data and others, which enhance the efficiency of procedures, operational processes and boost performance.

Best Digital Participation Initiative 

This Award is granted to government initiatives that have improved community digital participation and reinforced community involvement in decision-making to advance digital solutions and services.

Best Integrated Digital Transformation Initiative 

This award is granted to governmental digital projects and initiatives that deliver comprehensive services and solutions, encompassing service delivery, performance monitoring, result measurement, and impact assessment. Priority is given to solutions serving the governmental sector and integrating with a range of national-level projects and initiatives. Additionally, they are shared among institutions with similar scope and nature of work.
