Digital Participation Guide for Government

This guide was developed within the participation domain as a key tool supporting the digital participation policy for state administrative units and aligning with Oman Vision 2040's objectives to establish and bolster the principle of participation. It aims to maximise the use of advanced technologies as part of the government digital transformation programme (2021-2025), collaboratively crafted with all targeted government units.

Furthermore, it acts as an authoritative reference and practical manual aiding various government entities in executing their digital participation strategies. It provides government sector employees with essential skills and knowledge for adopting digital participation methodologies, ensuring the delivery of services and solutions centred around users. It aims to enhance involvement in digital service design, streamline government procedures, and influence the policymaking and decision-making processes related to digital governance.
