Digital transformation ambassador

Introduction

The Governorates’ Digital Transformation Ambassadors Programme is designed to maximise the potential of national talents who possess passion and skills in digital transformation across all governorates of Oman. These individuals will contribute as ambassadors, helping to achieve the objectives of digital transformation while ensuring community engagement in the digital transformation process.

Objectives of the Programme

• Increase Awareness and Usage: Raise the public's knowledge and use of digital services, solutions and advanced technologies.
• Empower the Community: Help people have an easy and high-quality experience when using digital services.
• Promote Digital Living: Encourage digital living as the best way for citizens to access government services, improving satisfaction and acceptance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic (English is optional)
• Discipline, sense of responsibility, openness and willingness to contribute to the community.
• Strong communication and digital content writing skills
