Implement mystery shopper initiative to assess the performance and quality of government services provided by government entities, along with measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries and developing continuous development reports.

The project aims to develop the unified national portal for e-government services and improve the digital user experience, as well as providing and integrated services and achieving the unified access approach to e-services.

Mangam for Services Procedures Simplification

The initiative is concerned with reviewing and simplifying service procedures in accordance with best practices and applying standards related to improving the quality of services, taking into consideration the social, economic, financial and 
and other impacts.

Manjam initiative targets more than 1,000 services as part of the government's digital transformation program, during which participants will discuss 3 approved workstreams, the business cycle and the recruitment process.

More than 300 participants representing government and private stakeholders (from various commercial, industrial and service sectors, including municipalities and government institutions that grant licenses that require control and inspection) participate in the laboratories.
